Returns & Exchanges

At Meermin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 15-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original condition items. Please ensure shoes are tried on only on carpeted surfaces to avoid damaging the outsoles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, and secure them inside the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
